Strong Interest Inventory®

This is a widely-respected career interest inventory designed to help people find a fit between their personalities and work. It compares your interests and preferences to a normed group of 10,000 others, who have been happy and satisfied in their careers for at least 2 years. You receive a detailed report which shows your results from the STRONG, identifying careers that fit a person’s interests.

The Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument® (HBDI)

The HBDI is a 120-question survey that measures individual thinking preferences along four unique and distinct modes of thinking.  Inspired initially by Nobel Prize winning research, the HBDI has been completed by over 2.5 million individuals and is utilised in many of the world’s leading corporations.  Your HBDI Profile will provide insights into your thinking preferences and as a result, insights into how you approach communication, decision-making, and problem-solving, as well as how you typically shift your thinking style when under pressure.  Your results are provided at a prearranged individual or group debriefing session. This is a user-friendly individual and team development tool, accompanied by clear graphics and a comprehensive workbook.

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI)

The MBTI is a self-report questionnaire designed to make Jung’s theory of psychological types understandable and useful in everyday life. It is one of the most widely used instruments for understanding personality differences and is widely used to understand people in terms of their decision-making styles, preferences for communication and work environments, as well as being an accessible and commonly used career development tool. oem software store

BENCHMARKS® 360

This is a comprehensive multi-rater feedback instrument for middle to senior managers. It offers experienced managers an in-depth look at development, by assessing skills honed from a multitude of on-the-job leadership experiences.

BENCHMARKS® can be used as a confidential tool for individual development. Managers receive feedback from their superiors, their direct manager, peers, direct reports and others as well as rating themselves. It can also be used as a profiling instrument for teams.

Skillscope®

Skillscope® provides individuals with straightforward, practical feedback on job related skills necessary for effectiveness in a management role. SKILLSCOPE can be used equally well with supervisors and managers in all levels of an organization. SKILLSCOPE’s simplicity also makes it an ideal first step for organizations that are new to the 360-degree assessment process.

Emotional Intelligence (MSCEIT)

The Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test™ (MSCEIT) is an ability-based test designed to measure the four branches of the Emotional Intelligence (EI) model of Mayer and Salovey. Unlike other EI assessments, its unique offering is as the only ability based EI assessment in the world, designed to accurately measure and develop emotional intelligence. This is an advanced individual development tool used by WorkWare in self and leadership development and career coaching.

Life Styles Inventory™ (LSI)

The Life Styles Inventory™ (LSI) is an organisational tool that uses both self-assessment and optional colleague feedback to identify how individuals view themselves and how their behaviour looks to others. By providing insights into strengths and areas for development, it empowers people to embark on their own journeys to being better at, and enjoy more, everything they do. It can be used as a spot check for CEOs, executives and leaders about how their behaviour is being perceived, for example by their board and direct reports; as well as being a powerful development tool for individuals, who want to delve deeper into themselves and make a significant personal shift, also serving to provide a common language for individuals, teams and organisations.
