We are energised by the changes we see in people as they progress through their work circumstances and career dilemmas. Approach

Coaching is at the epicentre of what we do. Our starting point with clients is to have a conversation, listening attentively to identify their specific and unique needs. We provide programs that outline specific content, or we can design a program to meet client needs. We share our ideas and knowledge, and readily connect people to others where appropriate.

Clients

Our clients are from across Australia and vary in size from the individual to large government departments, Not for Profits and medium private enterprises. We work regularly in sectors including health, education, transport, agriculture, the service sector and manufacturing. We work with staff in a range of occupations in both city and regional locations, including: leaders (team leaders, Directors, CEOs, etc), scientists, public servants, lawyers, engineers, teachers, medical professions, community (social workers, welfare, project managers, etc.), IT and manufacturing sectors.
