Coaching is at the epicentre of what we do. Our starting point with clients is to have a conversation, listening attentively to identify their specific and unique needs. We provide programs that outline specific content, or we can design a program to meet client needs. We share our ideas and knowledge, and readily connect people to others where appropriate.
Our clients are from across Australia and vary in size from the individual to large government departments, Not for Profits and medium private enterprises. We work regularly in sectors including health, education, transport, agriculture, the service sector and manufacturing. Rob has over 20 years of experience working with leaders, public servants, scientists, engineers, manufacturing workers, allied health workers, teachers, musicians, church workers, doctors, students, social workers and psychologists. He provides the space to critically review career aspirations and workplace dilemmas. In his capacity as a transition specialist, Rob works with decision makers to implement structural changes as well as worked with hundreds of people experiencing transition. Rob is currently working with a number of Victorian Government departments and agencies affected by structural change.
He is a professional member of the Career Development Association of Australia, The Australian Psychological Society’s Coaching Psychology Interest group, a life member of the National Association of Graduate Career Advisors and is trained in many career and assessment tools including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator Step 2, Benchmark 360, Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument. Vicki works with people who want to take a fresh look at themselves and take action to develop, often focusing on leadership, self-management and communication; as well as on issues relating to managing workplace change, career transition, decision-making and job coaching. The life-long theme to Vicki’s work is people. Growing up in a number of developing countries served to embed her cultural sensitivities and ability to adapt and communicate with people from a range of backgrounds. Following a diverse career in the health sector, Vicki has spent the past eleven years coaching extensively in the Victorian and Federal governments, the not for profit arena and other sectors. Andrew has extensive experience in a range of Leadership and Career Development disciplines. These skills have been applied to both individuals and groups across a wide array of industries undergoing major change in both capital cities and extensively across regional areas. With over 30 years of experience consulting and coaching Board members, CEOs and executives, Nic has assisted clients in professional services, financial services, FMCG, manufacturing and wholesaling, and government agencies. His earlier career included working with the Australian Red Cross, followed by seven years at KPMG Consulting, then Deloitte Consulting, prior to establishing a private practice in 1997.
His coaching style has a pragmatic focus on understanding the broader context in which the executive is operating, surfacing presumptions, identifying possibilities, and working with data rather than prevailing opinion. Nic is particularly known for working with executives who seek to make the transition from organisational strategy and broader business planning to identifying effective strategies for improving an executive’s influence with others in getting what actually matters done. A career spanning clinical, retail and corporate financial industries, primarily involves successfully linking a people management focus to business objectives, thereby maximizing employee performance.
After working for 9 years for ANZ Bank largely facilitating leadership and management programs across a range of management levels nationally and internationally, she has been successfully conducting her own business in this area since 1999. Predominately, her focus in her own consultancy has involved raising self-awareness and skill development through facilitating of group workshops, as well as being involved in individual work in personality assessment, feedback, executive coaching, and career management/outplacement. Working alongside Rob Ware, she has also been a regular panelist on a Workplace Forum Program on ABC Radio, taking talk-back calls on pertinent workplace issues.
