Purpose
WorkWare is a business whose purpose is working with people’s careers in and outside their place of work. We have expertise in career management and design, work performance, and transition.
Our experience includes working with the government sector, private industry and not-for-profit organisations. It covers the breadth and depth of the larger providers of these type of services but at less the cost.
Our clients are from across Australia and vary in size from the individual who calls for assistance, to government departments with over 2,500 staff, who are making career decisions that will affect their future. We work regularly in sectors such as health, education, transport, agriculture, the service sector and manufacturing. We see a range of occupations in both city and rural locations, such as: community workers, ministers of religion, scientists, public servants, teachers, medical professions, manufacturing workers, printers, machine operators and more.
