Knowledge and Experience
Rob Ware began as an independent operator in 1997 and created WorkWare in 2001. Since then, WorkWare has developed a number of strategic alliances with boutique operators and mid-sized providers. We are drawn together because of our passion to deliver outstanding service. Our collective experience and wisdom in delivering career transition programs equally matches the larger providers, but at a lower cost.
Quality
Our programs are not simply the delivery of a product, but are based on the partnership formed between the consultant and the key management staff. Continual assessment and feedback from candidates, plus regular contact with the key nominated staff, will monitor the quality of delivery.
Ongoing Support
We don't abandon people. WorkWare offers participants in all their programs follow-up assistance, with the offer for them to follow up with straightforward inquiries, such as an application check or advice regarding a job offer. This service is offered at no additional cost.
Innovation
WorkWare focuses on the candidate developing tools and exercises to match his/her needs, or circumstances. Job transition is about managing life/work changes and requires innovative responses to meet complex needs. We bring together the expertise and the right solutions to meet the needs of the specific client. An example of this is setting up an onsite job-club for staff to access as required, or building a skill audit around a particular industry’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and linking this to a person's career options
Creativity and Flexibility
Our consultants have experience in working with groups and altering an approach midstream, if required, to maximise learning and a smoother transition for the participant. We alter programs and the style of delivery to meet employer and/or individual needs and circumstances.
