Our professional encounters with different occupational groups from teachers, medical staff and engineers, to agriculturists, social workers to senior business people, management and shop floor workers adds enormous breadth and depth to the career conversations and other counselling services we offer people.

Rob Ware

Director

BA, Grad Dip Ed., Grad Dip Careers, Certificate IV in Workplace Training, AACC

Moving people through their careers has been part of Rob’s work life for over 20 years. During this time, he has held general management roles, as well as having overseen several national projects. Amongst a range of projects, he is currently project managing accounts for the Transport Accident Commission and Department of Primary Industries.

People find that Rob works intuitively, drawing on work/life experience and career knowledge. He has worked with private and public enterprises and NGO’s in relation to change and career management. For four years, Rob was an on-air anchor person and researcher for the Workplace Forum, a regular segment on 774 ABC Radio. He serves on the Editorial Board for the internationally acclaimed, Australian Journal of Career Development which he founded 15 years ago. Rob is currently Chapter President for the Box Hill Business Networking International.

Vicki Crabb

Director

RN, RM, BA, Grad Dip Applied Psychology, Assoc MAPS

Vicki provides career and general counselling for clients. Being a registered psychologist, with a broad nursing background as well, she has extensive experience in working with people in life transitions in both acute and chronic distressing circumstances.

She has lengthy experience in the community health sector, including case management and training. Vicki is also trained in critical incident debriefing and relationship counselling and is proficient at running groups. In addition to career management, she has a range of other counselling interests which include pregnancy and birth related issues, loss and grief, relationships and general life issues.

Psychometric testing can be provided where appropriate.
