With over 15 years of experience in delivering careers services for people in transition, our outplacement services are designed to support those who are experiencing job loss due to redundancy, resignation or voluntary departure.
Our client base includes both private and public organisations, who share a common desire to strengthen the performance and resilience of their people, to prepare them for new opportunities and challenges.
We provide support services to staff who remain, as well as those leaving the organisation.
