ABOUT WORKWARE

What is our Purpose?

Our purpose is to make a difference for people who find themselves in career transition either because they are 'stuck', in a rut, experiencing turbulent times in the workplace, or are directly affected by organisational change. We work as a catalyst for creating possibilities in people's lives through their workplace and/or career. Caring for the whole person is our approach, by providing services that impact on their wellbeing.

What are our Values?

We believe that building positive and fruitful work relationships, practicing good work, looking at life afresh and being responsible for one's own choices, are factors that contribute to satisfying careers.

We value providing service to clients which are of the highest quality possible.

We value innovation, offering our clients fresh and flexible solutions.

What is our Approach?

Our starting point with clients is to have a conversation, listening intensely to identify their specific and unique needs. Whilst we provide programs that outline a specific course, we present to the client solutions that match their circumstances.

What are our Services?

Our services flow from the central hub of career:

Who are our Clients?
